Welcome to the myIT (USJ Service Desk Client Portal). Through this portal, you can find answers to your questions, resolve issues or request service.

What is myIT? - Brief overview of what you will find on this client portal.

Home - Your starting page when you first log in. From here you can get to all the contents on the portal. 

Alerts / Maintenance - Central location where you can learn about alerts and scheduled maintenance to USJ's systems and infrastructure. Check here often to keep informed.

Services - Organized collection of services provided by USJ's Office of Information Technology. You can view a description of the service, eligibility information, a list of related services and articles, the cost to use the service (if applicable), and how to access or create a request for that service.

Knowledge Base - Centralized collection of information about the services and applications offered. This includes known error messages, how-to guides, troubleshooting information, FAQs, training materials, and more. Each page of information in the Knowledge Base is called an article.

On the Home page you will find these four options.

My Tickets allows you to view ticket requests you have created or which mark you as the requestor. 

USJ Service Desk Mission Statement - To create a team of efficient service orientated tools, systems and staff, providing a high level of service to the Community of the University of Saint Joseph. The result being the ability to measure and report on services provided so that continuous improvement can take place.
