On August 17, 2020, Microsoft officially announced, via MC220490, the timeline for retiring support for Internet Explorer 11 in Microsoft 365 apps. We’d also like to take this opportunity to remind you of the upcoming Microsoft Edge Legacy desktop application retirement, which was announced in parallel with the IE 11 change.
Originally announced in MC219641 (July '20), as Microsoft Teams has become the core communications client for Microsoft 365, this is a reminder the Skype for Business Online service will retire July 31, 2021.
We will retire Delve mobile for iOS and Android on June 1, 2021. We recommend Outlook Mobile instead, which has similar features available.

Changing the app name in Teams from “Planner” to “Tasks by Planner and To Do” is scheduled to go live within the next few days to all non-Government tenants. The change is intended to better reflect the app combing the To Do and Planner experiences.
This release of a new type of container in Planner will allow plans to be created independent of an M365 group. This will be enabled by Roster containers, which is a simple list of members stored in Planner that can contain any user with a valid AAD ID in that tenant. We are calling plans contained by Rosters "Roster plans".

Starting May 2021, it will no longer be possible to download individual files or subsets of files within .zip file previews in OneDrive and SharePoint on the web . Instead we recommend downloading the entire .zip file, extracting its contents and using the files needed. In the past, we have received customer feedback that at times when a user selects a subset of files to download from within a .zip file, the files are not downloaded successfully.
