How to schedule a Teams Meeting directly from Microsoft Outlook.

Body

With Outlook open and the Home tab selected

   

Click on Teams Meeting  

Fill in Meeting information

To: who invite is going to

Subject: meeting title

Location: defaults to a Teams Meeting

Select start & end dates as well as times

In message body enter the meeting's agenda.

The message they receive contains a link to Join Microsoft Teams Meeting
