Problem
Too many WIFI connections or the WIFI password has changed. Unable to connect to WIFI

Apple Macbooks
This will forget the chosen wi-fi network(s), preventing the Mac from automatically joining it again when within range.
- Pull down the Wi-Fi menu icon and choose “Open Network Preferences”, or go to the “Network” preference pane from Apple menu and System Preferences

2. Select “Wi-Fi” from the network panel sidebar, then click the “Advanced” button in the corner

3. Go to the “Wi-Fi” tab and find the router/network to forget under the “Preferred Networks” list
4. Select the network and then choose the [-] minus button to remove (forget) the wireless network

5. Confirm to forget the wi-fi network by choosing “Remove”

6. Repeat as necessary for other wifi networks to forget
7. Click “OK”, then exit out of System Preferences, choose “Apply” if asked
After you have finished forgetting USJ-WiFi,(you should forget all USJ-WIFI connections) sign into it again. This should allow you to access the USJ-WiFi.
Windows PCs
When you connect to a new Wi-Fi network it is added and stored in a list of profiles. Over a period of time the list can become quite large. The following instructions guide you through the process of deleting a wireless profile that is no longer needed.
To delete a wireless network profile in Windows 10:
Click the Network icon on the lower right corner of your screen.

2. Click Network settings
3. Click Manage Wi-Fi settings.

4. Under Manage known networks, click the network you want to delete.
5. Click Forget. The wireless network profile is deleted.
Cause -
The WIFI list will grow over time. Passwords change - need to forget and re-connect
