Students and Alumni,
USJ will be migrating your user accounts to our new MY.USJ.EDU domain beginning Jan 2 at 4pm. This means that when you login to USJ systems like MYUSJ, Wifi, Email, Blackboard etc. you will need to use the format username@my.usj.edu
When you send emails your default reply address will be set to the @my.usj.edu address as well. Don’t worry you will still be able to receive emails when someone sends to your old usj.edu address for up to one year. Please be sure to advise people of the change and update any accounts where you have the old usj.edu address registered as your contact information.
If you experience issues with your account after it has been migrated please reach out to the ServiceDesk – ServiceDesk@usj.edu and the IT team will help resolve the issues with you. We will maintain a page on MYIT.usj.edu that contains helpful information and updates as this project progresses.
As part of this migration certain systems will also be unavailable periodically throughout Jan 3rd and 4th (Printing, MYUSJ etc.) we will try to keep these service interruptions to a minimum while we complete these important tasks.
Last – The MYUSJ site is getting an upgrade! Once the migration is complete MYUSJ will use Single Sign On (SSO) to login. This is the same method we use for O365 and Blackboard so it should be familiar to all of you and provides the extra layer of security that the Multifactor Authentication (MFA) piece gives our SSO logins.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation,
