If you're on a call on another device, you will see the active call icon 
on your Webex mobile app next to your profile icon in the top-left corner:

 

To move that call to your Webex mobile app, go to the Calling tab and tap the plus 
icon then tap the Pull Call option

 

The call will now use your smartphone's microphone and speaker
