This documentation will show you how to retrieve your call environment data and Webex logs
1.
Open Webex and click on your profile icon in the top-left corner and go to Help > Health Checker

Click Diagnostics at the bottom-right

Click Export all data in the bottom-right corner

Click the Save problem report files check box and then click Export

Select a folder you wish to save the files in and click Select Folder

This will create a file named WebexDiagnosticLogs - <dd-mm-yyyy> <hh-mm-ss>.zip
6.
Send this to the customer support representative
