Webex PC - Retrieve call from other device

You can answer a call to your extension on your Webex PC app, Webex mobile app, or desk phone. There will likely be a time when you want to move the call between those devices. This is referred to as Call Pull and is an easy way to transition between devices for convenience.
 
Let's say for instance you get a call and answer it on your Webex mobile app because you are away from your desk. You may want to continue the conversation on your PC once you get back to your desk. This document outlines how to do that.

If you are on a call on another device, that call will display on Webex at the top:

To move the call from your other device (e.g. Webex mobile app or desk phone), simply click the Call Pull Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
 icon on the Call History page:

The call will then be pulled to your computer and will use your computer's microphone and speaker.
