Take the handset off the hook. You will hear dial tone through the handset.

 

 

Select the line that you wish to dial out as by pressing the key next to the label. The selected line will turn green.

 

NOTE: The primary line is automatically selected when picking up the handset, so if you wish to dial out with that line, you may skip this step

 

 

 

Dial the extension or 10-digit number you wish to call. If you're dialing externally to a 10-digit number, the phone will automatically place the call once 10 digits has been entered. If you're dialing an internal extension, press Send

 

 

To end a call, press the End Call button or hang up the handset.
