While on an active call, press the Transfer soft key

 

Once you hit Transfer, the caller will be placed on hold and you will see the default line view. You can transfer to a speed dial by pressing the button next to the speed dial

 

 

Or dial a number to transfer to and press Send. NOTE: The call will automatically be placed once you have typed 10-digits if transferring to a 10-digit number

 

 

You will now be on a new active call with the call to be transferred still on hold. When you are ready to complete the transfer, press the Transfer button again

 

This initiates a warm transfer. In order to do a blind transfer, first press the Blind Transfer button before dialing the number in step 2.
