On the home screen, press More > Forward

 

 

If you have multiple lines, you will need to select the line you wish to enable forwarding on:

 

 

 

Select Always (Disabled)

 

Enter the phone number or extension you wish to forward to (if an external number, no need to add 9 or 1, just the 10-digit number) and select Enable

 

  

You will then see the forwarding icon on the phone

 

When forwarding is enabled, go to More > Forward

 

If you have multiple lines, you will need to select the line you are disabling forwarding on:

 

 

Select Always (Enabled)

 

Press Disable
