  • Review the MyJenzabar Resource Guide which will tell you how to get a MyJenzabar account, access the Jenzabar Academy, submit support tickets, and more.
  • If you have not done so already, establish a MyJenzabar.net (MyJ) account -Select “Request an Account”.
    • You will need this to access all resources above. Once you complete the new account form, Jenzabar Admins will send you your credentials.
  • Log into Jenzabar Academy (same login as your MyJenzabar credentials) to view FREE trainings that will help you become familiar with Jenzabar Core Functions as well as any modules you will be interacting with.
    • The Jenzabar Core course called “Getting Started with Jenzabar One” will provide you the core basic understanding for our Desktop, Web, and Campus Portals which you will be interacting with.
    • (Note - Completing this learning plan will also grant you Designated Caller status to submit support tickets directly to Jenzabar if your institution allows users to work directly with Jenzabar. Please consult your institution’s IT help policy before submitting calls in our Support Portal.)
  • From Jenzabar Academy you will also want to explore specific modules that relate to your roles and responsibilities from the dashboard.
