Jenzabar Account Request Form

What is it?

This service provides the ability to request creation or change to a Jenzabar account. 

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

Staff needing Jenzabar access. 

Where Can I Get It?

Click here to log into MyUSJ

Select Employee tab, select Information Technology on Employee menu on left, scroll down to Procedures and open Jenzabar Account Request Form.

How Do I Use It?

Following instructions on form, fill out and email to ServiceDesk@usj.edu.

How Much Does It Cost?
