Request additional or replacement hardware

What is it?

Need a second monitor for your desk?  Letters worn off your keyboard?  Need an additional workstation set up for a student worker?  This is the service to request new or replacement equipment from IT.  Note:  If a piece of equipment is broken, use the Hardware Repair service instead.
