Problem
You need to set up your account for the Ambassador BookAT system, or reset your password for this system. Note: This password should not be the same as your USJ account password.

USJ Faculty with current or upcoming classes.

Resolution
Completing BookAT Account Creation
Instructor Invitation Email
- Instructors assigned to a course will receive an email from Book-AtAdoptionsDoNotReply@usj.eduwith a list of courses requiring adoptions in BookAT.
- In order to access BookAT you will need to complete account creation using your Username (@usj.eduSchool Email) and resetting your Password.
Reset Password
1. Go to https://usj.verbacollect.com/ and click the Reset My Password link.
2. Enter your Email address and click Recover Access
- Note: the Email Address you enter must be your @usj.eduemail address
- Name Change?If you have recently changed your name and USJ email, you must reset your password using your new email address, the old address will no longer be used in BookAT
3. You will receive an email to recover your account access.
- Click the Create/Reset Password link.
4. Enter and Confirm your password then click the Reset Password link.
- You will be redirected to the login page so you can now login to your account.
Cause
Ambassador is providing all course material management for USJ classes.
