Adding a USJ email account on an iPhone

Problem

You want to be able to read, respond, and organize emails in your USJ email account from your iPhone.

Environment

All iPhones

Resolution

1. From your iPhone home screen, select Settings
2. Select Passwords & Accounts
3. Select Add Account
4. Choose Exchange
5. Enter your USJ email account name and a description for the account (ex. USJ Email) then hit Next
6. At the next screen, choose Sign In
7. Next, your USJ email address should pre-fill.  Enter your USJ account password and select Sign In.
8. Choose Save Password
9. Select Accept to agree to the permissions request
10. Turn on or off the items you want synchronized to your phone, then click on Save
11. You will now be able to access your USJ email account from the Mail app on your phone.

Cause

This procedure will add your USJ email account to your iPhone.
