Environment
Use any mobile device with Internet access to reset or unlock you account
Resolution
Two ways to get there
1) Enter mypassword.usj.edu into you mobile device browser
2) Enter myit.usj.edu into mobile device browser, scroll to myit quick link for MyPassword link.
Cause
MyPassword is a Self-Service tool allwoing you to unlock and rest your USJ accounts yourself.
