Important changes have been made to the USJ network that may affect how you use our systems.  Please see the links below for information on how these may affect you, and steps to remedy issues.

If you are unable to log into your account, click the button to the left to see tips for unlocking your account or resetting your password

From this site, you can:
  1. Search the Knowledge Base (above) to look for answers to common issues
  2. Create a Quick Ticket to request assistance from the Service Desk
  3. Create an Advanced Ticket if you know what service you need.This will collect more data up front, and allow the Desk to fulfill your request more quickly
  4. Check the status of tickets you have opened with the Service Desk with View Your Tickets
