If you are commuter student having issues connecting to USJ-Wifi, your network access may have been restricted due to non-compliance with University Vaccination requirements. To remove this restriction, please upload your vaccination card here.  Network access will be restored by the next business day. Please email the Office of Student Affairs with any questions.

  2. Create a Quick Ticket to request assistance from the Service Desk
  3. Create an Advanced Ticket if you know what service you need.This will collect more data up front, and allow the Desk to fulfill your request more quickly
  4. Check the status of tickets you have opened with the Service Desk with View Your Tickets
