Online Learning & Work From Home Resources

In light of recent events and current restrictions at USJ, classes are currently being taught online, while faculty and Staff may begin to Work from Home.  Each of us has varying degrees of familiarity with the tools and processes for online learning and working from home, and whether you are new to this format, or a seasoned pro, this site is the central location for guides, tips, and answers to your questions.

Service Desk Hours Summer/Fall 2020

ServiceDesk Hours of Operation

Summer Session (July 6- Aug 15)

Monday-Friday: 8am-4:30pm
Saturday: 8am-4pm

Fall Semester (Aug 16 – Onward)

Monday-Thursday: 8am-10pm
Friday: 8am-6:30pm
Saturday: 8am-4:30pm

**PLEASE NOTE** - To promote health and safety, onsite visits will only occur if they are absolutely necessary to resolve your issue.  For an onsite visit client will be required to wear a mask and adhere to social distancing requirements as well as disinfect the work area for the visiting technician.  Technicians will also wear masks and supply their own input devices (keyboard/mouse etc.) and they will disinfect the area when their work is complete.
