Faculty are unable to add or edit content in their course.

Resolution
1. Have Faculty provide a screen shot of their course page. Most often, they cannot edit content because the “Edit Mode” button is set to “Off” in the upper right corner of their course:

3. If they can confirm that Edit Mode is set to “Off,” have them click the “Off” button to switch it to “On.”
