Resolution
If any instructor or student encounters a technical issue, contact Turnitin’s 24/7 Support team.
The Support Team can be reached at https://examsoft.com/contact/ and they will create a case, which will generate a Ticket ID. If anything is left unresolved after communicating with Support, Inform the IT ServiceDesk and we can escalate it to our Turnitin manager.
Cause
The first level of support for Turnitin is handled by the vendor, ExamSoft, as they have direct access to the system. The USJ Service Desk has limited access to the system, but we are happy to escalate any unresolved issues.
