How do I pick up my voicemails from off-campus?
Environment
There are two ways you can access your USJ Voicemail Messages from off-campus
Resolution
I.) You can use your personal phone to access your Voicemail Messages.
1. Call your extension from off campus.
2. When your outgoing message begins to play press the * key.
3. Enter your extension ([Extension]) as your ID.
4. Enter your voicemail PIN
II.) You can use your Office365 USJ Email to access your Voicemail Messages.
1. Log into your Office365 USJ Email
2. Look in your Inbox for emails titled " Cisco Unity Connection Messaging System "
3. Open the email and then open the audio file to listen to your Voicemail Message.
Cause
You are not in the office to access your USJ Voicemail Message from your deskphone.
