How to open another mailbox to the Outlook desktop client

Steps: 

1. Launch Microsoft Outlook 

2. Click the File tab (top left corner)

3. Click the Info  tab (Top left)

4. Click the Account Settings button select Account Settings

 

5. In Account Settings, select your current mailbox and click Change 

 

6. Click the More Settings button (lower right corner)

 

7. Select the Advanced tab and click the Add button 

8. Type in the name of the mailbox then click OK 

9. Once the name of your mailbox is populated, click Apply 

10. Finish out the wizard by clicking Next, and then Finish on the remaining windows.

11. Close out of the any remaining wizard windows & close Outlook

12. Launch Outlook and begin browsing the new mailbox.
