Making a call

From Call History

1. In the Calling tab, find the number you wish to dial and click the handset icon next to it

2.The phone call will now show up on your device

From the Dialpad

1.Open the Dialpad tab and enter the number you wish to dial, then tap the handset icon

2. This field supports copy & paste. Copy the number you wish to dial and go to the dialpad. Then double-tap on the Type to dial field
3. If your phone requires you to allow pasting into the Webex app, click Allow Paste

4. The tap the Paste callout

5. Tap the handset icon to dial

From Contacts

1. Tap on the Contacts tab

2. Expand the group where your contact is located and tap on the contact entry

3. Tap the Audio button for an audio call

NOTE: Video calls will only send video if the receiving end is another Webex device on the Universal Connectivity platform

From Search (i.e. Internal Directory)

1. Go to the Search tab and tap in the search bar at the top

2. Begin to search for the user you wish to dial. You can use their first name, last name, extension, or DID as search parameters. To place a call, tap on the handset icon next to the user search result

3. You may want to confirm the search result information. You can do this by tapping on the profile icon

4. This will display their contact card. You can tap the Audio handset icon, their DID (labeled Work), or their Extension to place a call to the end user

NOTE: Either their DID or their extension will be able to reach them. Simply tapping the Audio handset icon will prompt you to choose which to dial
