Webex PC - Voicemail Handling

Listen to Voicemail

1.
Go to the voicemail tab and click on the play button next to the voicemail entry

The audio for the voicemail will begin to play through your speakers/headphones. Clicking Play will also mark the message as Read

View Voicemail Details

To view voicemail details (e.g. number that called, exact timestamp of call, length of voicemail) click on the i icon beside the call

From here, you can play the message, call the number back, delete the message, or mark the message as unread

Delete Voicemail

1.
To delete a voicemail, you can right-click on it from the list and select Delete

Confirm deletion

3.
To delete multiple messages, click on one list item, then press and hold the Ctrl button on your keyboard, and select any other voicemails you wish to delete

Once you have the ones selected, right click on one of the highlighted entries and select Delete

Call into voice portal

Calling into the voice portal can be used to listen to voicemail, but it is also used for other voice functions. One reason to call into the voice portal is to change your voicemail greeting.
1.
In the voicemail tab, click on the voicemail icon in the top right corner

When the new call window pops up, click on the Keypad icon

3.
Enter your voicemail PIN followed by #

Alternatively, instead of clicking the Keypad icon, you can simply start typing digits on your keyboard and the keypad will pop up in response
