Conference Room Phones - Audio Meeting

Start Meeting

1.
On the Trio, press the Start Meeting soft key

Add Participant

Once the meeting has started, you can call a participant to add them by pressing the Add Participant soft key

You will be prompted to call a new participant. Enter the number that you wish to all and press #. The participant will receive a call from 860-231-2000 and prompted to join the meeting. 
 
In order for them to join the meeting, they must press 1 after answering the call. If they hang up, they will reject joining the meeting and the conference room phone will be returned to the meeting.
 
 
 
 

Call In to meeting

1.
If you wish to join the audio meeting from a different location, you can call in to join the meeting. First, call 8602312000
 
 
2.
You will be prompted to enter a conference ID. Enter the conference ID for your conference room and you will be able to join the meeting remotely!
 
NOTE: You will not be able to join the meeting until the conference room phone starts it. If you call in before the conference room phone starts the meeting, you will be placed in a lobby in the meantime.

 

 

End Meeting

1.
To end the meeting, the conference room phone simply needs to press the End Call button. This will end the meeting for all participants
