Overview:
The Service Desk provides first and second-level support to faculty, staff, students and to investigate, resolve and prevent problems with OIT-supported systems and applications. We employ both full-time customer service staff and trained student workers.
Normal operating hours:
- Monday through Thursday - 8:00AM to 9:00PM
- Friday - 8:00AM to 6:30PM
- Saturday - 8:00AM to 4:00PM
- Sunday - Closed
