OIT Service Desk Contact Information

Overview:


The Service Desk provides first and second-level support to faculty, staff, students and to investigate, resolve and prevent problems with OIT-supported systems and applications. We employ both full-time customer service staff and trained student workers.

 

Current operating hours (during Stay-at-Home order):

  • Monday through Friday - 8:00AM to 6:00PM
  • Saturday - Closed
  • Sunday - Closed

 

Normal operating hours:


  • Monday through Thursday - 8:00AM to 10:00PM
  • Friday - 8:00AM to 6:30PM
  • Saturday - 8:00AM to 4:00PM
  • Sunday - Closed

 

Reduced hours during University breaks:


  • Monday to Friday - 8:00AM to 6:30PM
  • Saturday - 8:00AM to 4:00PM
  • Sunday - Closed
