What is it?
The Cisco phones deployed around USJ sometimes include a configurable LCD display and multiple line buttons. These can typically be configured to accommodate additional lines. This service can be used to request changes to the way these buttons are mapped, displayed, or the caller ID information sent out when using these additional lines.
