Hardware Request

What is it?

New Employee needing hardware?  Need a second monitor for your desk?  Letters worn off your keyboard?  Need an additional workstation set up for a student worker?  This is the service to request new or replacement equipment from IT.  Note:  If a piece of equipment is broken, use the Hardware Repair service instead.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

All USJ Staff and Faculty (additional approvals may be required)

Fill out the accompanying form that opens with as much detail as possible.

How Much Does It Cost?

USJ supplies a default setup for employees.  Additional requests for variations beyond standard setups may incur additional costs to the department.
