Problem
Follow the steps below to delete Blackboard Collaborate recordings that are no longer needed.

Resolution
1. Log into http://us.bbcollab.com with your USJ email address and USJ-[your ID number] as the password. If this does not work, use the Forgot Password tool on that page.
2. Once logged in, click on the Recordings button in the panel to the left of the screen.
3. In the upper right corner, click on the drop-down menu, select Recordings within a Range. Use the calendars to narrow it down from March 1, 2020 to now.
4. When the list of recordings appears, click on the round button on the right to see your options:
- If you need to save a copy of the recording, click Download.
- If it is no longer needed, click Delete.
Note: If you have a very large list of recordings and you know you don't need any of them, please submit a ticket request for Blackboard to bulk delete them for you.
Cause
Deleting unused Blackboard Collaborate recordings will help reduce our overall storage quota and de-clutter your recordings list.
