What is it?
Smart TVs, gaming consoles, and streaming devices are often unable to join the USJ-WiFi network, as they lack support for 802.1x. USJ has implemented a new Self Registration system that you will use to connect your devices to the wifi on campus.

Students living in campus dorms.

How Do I Use It?
If you have trouble connecting the device after following those proceedures, you may open a ticket with the Service Desk to assist you with troubleshooting. To open a request for assistance, click on the Request Assistance With a TV or Gaming Device button to the right and complete the form that opens with as much detail as possible.
