What is it?
A services to request assistance with the voice mail on your USJ phone. This may include not receiving emails of your voice mails, menu assistance, or advanced functions of the voice mail system. If you cannot access your mailbox because your pass code is not working, please use the Voicemail Pin/Password Reset Request instead.
